Comfortable room with kitchenette, but difficult for tourist without transport. Too far from places to see. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Good location for the price - was the cheapest hotel I could find in the area and is about a 20 minute walk into the Grand Place, as well as only a 15 minute metro ride from Brussels Midi station (Eurostar). I would say that the rooms are on the small side, which is fine if you're not spending a lot of time in the rooms anyway. Fridge and cooking facilities available, along with kettle and coffee maker, although no tea, coffee, milk provided. Room was clean on arrival, but note there is no daily room clean. Breakfast was ok. Standard cereal, toast, fruit etc. as well as a waffle maker and facility to boil your eggs. Also some cold meats and cheese. Staff were helpful and let us keep our bags in their lockup for a few hours after we checked out. Bit annoyed about the "City Tax" extra charge that isn't included in the booking, although it's not much and I guess will be the same across the county - but still an unwelcome charge. Overall would recommend for a short stay. Good location and a clean room.

Cheap, clean and comfy hotel! Me and my brother stayed 4 nights and it was very good. We also had a little kitchen where we cooked dinner and for breakfast we ate at the buffet. It was a great accommodation, definitely recommended!

The hotel's reception couldn't have been more helpful; we stayed there in December 2015 during the Christmas week and they arranged a nice crib for our one year old and ensured that everything happened seamlessly. The reception was very helpful and helped us locate the local supermarket. Brussels is a very walk-able city and thankfully the weather was more or less nice other than this one day when it rained a lot. They have a very nice breakfast with good options at a token amount. Couldn't have asked for a better apart-hotel!
