::Good location, easy transport links, comfy bed, friendly bar and good breakfast. Within walking distance of a number of museums and a selection of restaurants within reach. Access to the best beers in Belgium.

::Very disappointed - a number of issues: front desk personnel not very polite, I had a bug in my room, heating can't be properly adjusted, WiFi slow and patchy. Definitely not staying there again.
