  General Patton is buried here after his unfortunate accident and death. Beautiful cemetery. Grateful for their sacrifice.

  Mooi monument om de band tussen België en Amerika te herdenken. Prachtig uitzicht vanop het monument.

  Mooi gedenkplaats. Als je in bastogne bent en geïnteresseerd bent in WO2, zeker bezoekje waard.

  Placed just next to the Bastogne War Museum, as a memorial site to honor the americans that fought and sacrificed during the Battle of the Bulge in 2nd WW. Very impressive monument with the story of the campaign written on the inside walls and a list of most involved divisions on the outside walls. From the top of the monument you have a wonderful overview of the surrounding area with markings and directions to sites during the conflict. Highly recommended.
