::We checked in here at 5am on a long drive from England to Germany with a baby and young daughter. The staff were outstanding! Friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make it easy travelling with little kids. The hotel itself was cute and clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.

::Even though this is probably one of the very few hotels located in this hotel, there are a few things that could he improved. Some of the rooms in this hotel are just to dark and depressing with no windows. Yes that is correct, no Windows! For me, I get really depressed if I can not look out a window so this is a big NO for me. Also, the beds and pillows are not the most comfortable (but this could be a personal choice). As far as the Pros, the staff is just amazing. All the ladies at the front desk and super helpful and friendly and will help you out with all your needs. I am not sure why this hotel is considered a "4 star" hotel. If this really is a 4-star hotel then I give it 3 stars. If this is a "3-star" hotel then to be fair I would probably give it a 4 stars.
