::Took a coat to have it cleaned from stains and to remove bad smells, paid 20 euros and got my coat back two days after with still bad smells and stains on it. When I asked about that, I was answered that they weren't able to remove the stains. Disgusted by this service, I paid 20 euros for nothing.

::Took a dress and a jacket with two stains on them. When I picked them up seamed that the stains were gone... but, suprise! They appeared like two days after! Spent my money(not cheap at all) for nothing. All the 5 a sec are terrible and do not know how to clean clothes!
