::We purchased two electric bikes here, both in the 5000€ range, as he offered several features if we buy both bikes at him. A number of mistakes in both orders, extra charge to mount equipment purchased with the bike. Correcting the mistakes took months of waiting, emailing, calling. Later, repairs took weeks, and more expensive than in nearby shops. In two cases they didn't had tools, and I had to wait months until were able to repair. I find the prices are 5-15% higher than elsewhere. My worst bike shop experience in Brussels. On the positive side, the mechanics did a good job, and treated the bikes well.

::This guy was right on time. Constantly traveling and unable to leave my bike because of a flight the next day, he was able to fix my issues while I waited. Also he was familiar with the Swiss made Sclumpf drive. A truly bad ass Brompton shop. I am still smiling while pushing peddles! Nicely done.

::Ordered a purge kit and the accompanying DOT4 on Friday. Was told dilivery would be Tuesday/Wednesday... I ask wether I would receive a confirmation mail for my order and am told "no, we don't send crap e-mails... Wednesday I get an e-mail stating my only one of my two parts have been delivered... how am I supposed to purge my breaks with out break fluid???? Literally a waste of time trying to order from you. Going to order from a webshop next time (where they dont say your stuff has arrived only to find out not everything is there!)

::there is no rating cus the shop attendent (hes probably the owner) is just plain mean. we just had our bike delivered far very far away place in asia and need some help to tune up the bike, some basic stuff like pumping the gas and add oil. we called before going to the shop, he said it's ok and took our time. we arrived half an hour later, had to wait for 30 minutes, and the shop attendant just said he is busy and would not WANT TO ATTEND TO US CUS OUR BIKE IS NOT FROM HIS SHOP. There was only 1 customer after us, and he is definitely not that busy. He could just told us not to come, or WARNED US when we entered the shop. HE IS JUST PLAIN MEAN, i would not be surprised that he might just had a bad day and that his gf dumped him or something, and i will not feel pity for him. good luck.
