  People most can send mail for appointment ; than you can come direct to city hall ! Was quite convenient !

  Friendly and helpful staff. You should make a separate appointment for almost anything.

  Stad Leuven has evolved over the years. With online reservation system in place, you needn't wait endlessly. Staff in all Zones are friendly. They even recommend alternatives in case of emergencies. Some simple hacks to make life easy here 0.) Call and ask what documents are necessary 1.) Start with a smile. Nobody likes to talk to a grumpy face 2.) Don't lose cool if things don't work out - internet issues, computer issue etc are beyond the control of people attending to you 3.) Don't club multiple issues in one sitting. Make one appointment per request. So residence card (self) = 1, residence card (self) + residence card (baby) = 1 + 1 4.) Leave with a smile

  Worst service ever seen. 10 appointments to get a simple thing done

  I had made an appointment on the phone but when I went the city hall in time, I found a different date was registered in their system. Nobody knew who's mistake it was but I had to be responsible 100%. I had to come back on the registered day in their system. Either the city hall must record the phone conversation or they must discontinue the appointment making on the phone. The receptionist was very kind though.
