  J'avais une fuite d'eau dans la cave. Votre plombier est venu réparer et à même pu ouvrir une porte sans faire appel à un serrurier. C'est rare à Bruxelles. Merci pour votre dépannage.

  Une entreprise de voleur légale Ils mentent sur le prix, ils escroquent les gens, et ne réparent rien. Attention ! Allez voir sur les pages jaunes, je ne suis pas le seul a avoir été escroqué. Sébastien

  I called this company one year ago since my bath tub robinet had broken, I called and asked how much would the visit would cost to provide me with a budget for the repair and they said 60€, but when they arrive to check the sink the technician made a 10sec inspection check and told me 'it's broken, it needs to be replaced' , and he charged me 120€ for this 'evaluation' (I already knew it was broken, come'on!!) , so 180€ in total only to come to my place and tell me that it was broken and had to be replaced, then he said he would bring the spare part the next day, he asked me 250€ in cash in advance to purchase the spare part (which I did), but then asked them to provide me the exact model and brand of this spare part, just to make sure the cost was appropriate, I had to call them so many times to insist on providing me the model and brand and they were responding me with evasive words, I was so insisting that at the end they told me they would purchase a cheaper spare part for only 180€ and they would reimbourse me the difference. Next day they came and replace the spare part in 10min and charged me another 100€ for the job. This is not a transparent service, if I hadn't insisted on the brand of the spare part I doubt they would have not reimbursed me the difference. Avoid this company by all means and try to find an honest plumbing service instead. They are published as SOS depannage and SOS express in Av Louise but it's actually the same company, they will charge you like hell, avoid them by all means!
