  Do not rent through these people!! Booked months in advance and made us wait an hour to check in. Then after realising they stuffed up our booking, did not come back and left us waiting in the foyer alone. Emailed us and offered another unit 10 mins walk away. It was not cleaned, no appliances, no water from the kitchen tap, no elevator and we were on the fourth floor with 5 flights of stairs, no smoke alarm, entry was filthy and stunk. Management were rude, unhelpful and wasted hours of our time after travelling from Australia. They haven't returned our 200 euro deposit. Offered no compensation, were unapologetic and rude. After staying many places this was the worst accommodation experience ever!!!!! These people suck and need to learn some customer service skills!!!!! Pathetic

  Helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out, cozy fully furnished apartments, great location! I highly recommend for short stay

  I went to one of their apartments ... and i will come back... great service ... great staff .. super polite ..the apartment was cleaned ... i really enjoyed my stay ! :) I fully recomed it !!!

  Great apartment, professional with a smile, everything went smoothly as agreed on up front , nice service, nice place , thank you rentin. I will certainly use the next time for my stay in Brussels.

  They confirmed my apartment up until I was standing outside the apartment they'd promised me. Said they'd like to show me a different one several blocks away. Very disorganized and unprofessional. They seemed to be making it up as they went along.
