You can not call your self "professional" without talking of at least understanding basic English. ALL DAY I was in touch with their offices and they confirmed that they have a car...I reached their office and they had nothing....i lost a Very important meeting in Disseldorf and I lost it because these people must have a kiosk and not a car rental... They were laughing also because they couldn't understand what I was saying
