  There is too much to say in regards to this visit. I expected a bit more. In the total of 7 nights, my room was cleaned only 2 or 3 times. The coffee maker broke, the air conditioning broke, the power went out. This was only the tip of the iceberg! It was borderline nightmare. A plus, the wifi was free and coffee was good.

  Vriendelijke ontvangst, overall vriendelijk personeel. Hotel is wat gedateerd en heeft betere tijden gekend ( tijdreis naar de jaren 80). Ver uit het centrum (Grote markt/Groenplaats), 20 tram of bus minuten, dichtbij de expo. Kamers schoon.

  The room was nice and clean. Although the hallways were rather dark. The food was okay and breakfast very tasty. They even had a waffle iron!

  Kamers zijn bloedheet... kan geen raam open en airco werkt niet (dag aangehad) groep van 20man klaagt. Antwoord... housekeeping kan een ventilator brengen.. Nooit meer.

  Troppo caro per il servizio offerto. Camere molto spaziose ma con un bagno da hotel a 2 stelle. Riscaldamento non molto soddisfacente visto che in 4 giorni la temperatura non è mai arrivata ai 20° tenendolo acceso tutto il giorno. Con una temperatura di -5° in città. Colazione di bassa qualità, e prezzo esagerato se si acquista in hotel (18€ e non li vale neanche per scherzo) ... Posizione comoda per utilizzare i mezzi pubblici di trasporto e zona molto tranquilla anche se si viaggia da soli. Classico business hotel dove chi paga normalmente è la società e non il cliente in se.
