  Rustig hotel. Handig dat er een rechtstreekse kabellift is naar Thermen. Personeel van bar niet vriendelijk en duurt lang voor ze een bestelinformatie (willen) opnemen.

  Bon hôtel sur la ville de Spa, le restaurant n'est pas la hauteur malgré les belles infrastructures de celle-ci mais dans l'ensemble c'est très bien ! Très belle terrasse pour prendre un verre dans une belle ambiance...

  The hotel management is terrible. I stayed there with a friend for two days, so that we would have priority entering the spa. The spa closed the hotel queue because it said there were too many people so we went to the hotel and complained. The hotel was saying it was the spa's fault and the spa the hotel's fault. At the end we got in. Also the same days the bedroom was not clean until 17:00, when we entered the room 'after cleaning', it was still dirty, the towels were not renewed and neither was the shampoo. We went to complain at the reception and they got us the towels and shampoo. Luckily the people at the reception were very nice, but the hotel's management and agreement with the spa is quite chaotic. Sorry, but was expecting much more from radison...

  Het was een heerlijk stil hotel. Omdat het zo stil was viel het des te meer op dat onze matrassen luidruchtig waren wanneer je je omdraaide. Alsof er papieren hoezen omheen zaten. Vlak voor het slapen gaan liep er een hele dikke zwarte spin over het bed . We konden m niet meer vinden. De hele nacht de ledematen maar binnenboord gehouden! Bij het ontbijt was er veel op. Gelukkig werd dat later aangevuld. Het verblijf is als zeer positief ervaren. We komen zeker terug.
