This is not a review easy to write. I give four stars not because the quality of the pizzas is outstanding, but the price paid needs to be considered. If you take the buffet (12 to 14h) you can get all the pizza you want and all the soda you want for less than 10 Euros. There's nothing like that in Brussels. So if you are into that, this is the perfect place. If you want the tastiest pizza ever, try Nona, a few meters away.

This is not fast food, but slow food instead. We had to wait 40 mins for 2 pizzas in a half-full restaurant. They forgot to bring dessert and it took them another 10 mins (we decided to leave after that time and when we were leaving the building, they served it). The toilet is 0.5 euro even for pizzeria guests. Unbelievable. I love pizza hut, but this one is a no-go.

Beware that the prices are a complete rip off. When we were there, people even made it inside to beg for food which put us in a tough position. On one side we're getting ripped off and on the other we're getting guilt tripped into giving the food away.

Service is nice but you have to wait a bit for your order. You pay for your visit at the cashdesk located by exit. Pizzas are nice and salad bar offers delicious snacks. The main disappointment is staff barely speaking English and the dishes were not clean.

In one word: terrible. The staff was not friendly and did only speak French. Luckily I spoke French. We couldn't even choose where to sit. We got ignored most of the time and our finished plates weren't taken. We stapled them as a hint, but they just ignored it and walked past us. The salad wasn't available and only one soup was but later on, even the soup had run out so that customers didn't have an entree. A woman next to us had to wait over 45 minutes before her food arrived. A lot of customers left the place before ordering because they had to wait very long. We even had to pay for the toilet as a customer!!! Ridiculous. One tip for the owners/manager: hire Gordon Ramsey so that he can make this restaurant into a decent one!
