  Short version: bad service and it can take more than 30 minutes upon arrival at parking to actually get to the airport. Also, no English, so keep that in mind. What you can expect: It took like 20 minutes when I arrived for someone to actually show up at the parking and tell us where to park. In the end it took like 45 minutes from arrival at the parking until arrival at the airport. But, it was better when we came back... it only took actually like 40 MINUTES!!!! We had to call 3 times for them to actually come pick us up, and in the last call he said he had already passed twice and did not see us (not joking!). For starters, a lie. To continue, what about some actual service and calling us then to find us (again, he was not actually there passing for us, obviously).

  don't be fooled by the proximity to the airport, when I was there the team was clearly understaffed with only one person to take reservations and drive, this meant I waited 30 mins between my arrival at the parking and dearture of the shuttle. The return was not better, I waited another 30 mins until the driver showed up.

  Great place to park your car when you go on a trip via Charleroi Airport. 24h shuttle service and fair prices.

  That was simply perfect! Fast check-in and check-out, probably didn't even wait 5 minutes and the pick up van was already there. Would recommend!
