::Great staff, quiet area away from town but still reachable by tram (which the staff has tickets for) and the grounds and rooms were beautiful. I would definitely come back.

::The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. We got a room for 5 people and it was more than enough space for us. The quality of the gym was low. Far from historic Gent though.

::Good breakfast. They have a (warm!) swimming pool, sauna and a fitness area. The bar has a nice selection of local beers, wines and spirits. The rooms are, in general, comfortable and big enough. They are clean, offer a nice shower and a great bed. Staff is friendly and have a lot of knowledge about the area which they are very willing to share. This is where you want to stay in Ghent.

::Helpful reception staff who spoke excellent English, welcomed our two dogs although they were not permitted in any dining area so I skipped breakfast which wasn't a problem for me. Nice big family room plenty big enough for two adults two teenagers and two dogs. I'd stay here again, it was a great base for a visit to beautiful Gent, not far to walk to catch a tram in to the city. I hope I get to come back one day.
