::Nooit meer !!!! Salon gekocht daar er een verkeerd stuk en een beschadigd stuk was kan de salon niet ineen gezet worden. Wachten nu al van 22 februari op vervang stukken das dus al 2 maand. Service bar slecht

::Really bad customer service. I bought two wardrobes - came with faulty pieces. In the first visit, the technician insisted that it would work even with the wrong pieces. We tried, and naturally, it did not work. Another technician came and accepted the fault. Now the replacement takes more than two weeks and now they say it might even take three weeks. As a customer I should have the right to return a faulty product with full refund - Odrada even does not accept that or nor offers any discount. And in return, they ask me what's my problem! Well, Odrada does not want to understand problems faced by the customers and is insensitive to complaints. Strictly avoid this shop!
