  Very bad client service. Call center is never available in a language different than French, even when you select he Dutch option. No one seems to speak a minimum of English. Reimbursements of medical expenses are paid back after several months. They use any kind of trick, especially if you are a foreigner, to reimburse you less than they should by law..
