::I ordered a smartphone from this company last weekend. Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. On Tuesday I was told via email that a tracking number would be sent that evening and shipped the next day. That didn't happen. Called the shop Wednesday and they said I would receive tracking on that evening and shipped the next day. That didn't happen. Received an email today saying the tracking information would arrive by 18:00. That didn't happen. Am I going to have to hire a lawyer now?

::The order came in 3 days after I ordered - It arrived on Friday and I ordered late Tuesday night,exactly as it should be. The company takes around a day-two to send you the tracking number so don't get worried if you don't get it immediately. Overall very good prices and excellent service. Would order again.
