  Professional, polite, attentive, honest and helpful. They fixed a disastrous hair colouring mishap from another salon, listened to what I wanted, took their time to understand and advise me and were upfront about pricing, which I always appreciate. Walked in slightly traumatised, walked out feeling pretty and with a big smile! :-)
