  Uitstekende service! Super! Ben heel goed geholpen eerst telefonisch en de dag erna ook in de winkel. Heb gekocht juist wat ik nodig had.

  Arrived around 11a to see if they had the bag & toiletry 26 I was coveting. I signed in with the hostess for an SA when first walking in as the store seemed quite busy. Browsed on my own until an SA became available. Lucky for me they had everything I was looking for! Because the store was so busy, I wasn't offered a seat or a drink and everything felt pretty rushed. I asked for water and was able to get it. The customer service isn't the greatest here but Lodi was nice enough and fully explained the VAT refund process (12%). We didn't want to carry our purchases around so after purchasing, they were able to store our bags until we came back to retrieve.

  Étant cliente chez eux depuis des années je n’y mettrais plus jamais les pieds!! Jamais aucun stock, des vendeuses qui racontent n’importe quoi. À présent je vais ailleurs et je peux vous dire que c’est bcp mieux!! Bcp de gens se plaignent de Bruxelles je ne suis pas la seule.

  Telefonische reservatie via verkoopster van de winkel op dinsdag, op zaterdag lag het gevraagde klaar. We werden perfect lokaal verder geholpen door meertalige verkoopsters. Topwinkel , uitgebreide collectie topproducten, zeer goede en discrete bediening.
