::Professionals, experts and immediately ready to solve your issues with Apple stuff. Very happy with their services. For sure my main choice in Belgium.

::I brought my Toshiba laptop (OS Windows 10) to this store to handle a simple hardware problem, and while that issue was fixed, a number of debilitating software problems took its place. The day I got my computer back, I realized that MS Office, Adobe PDF reader, and all of my browsers except Chrome no longer worked properly. My internet bookmarks disappeared. Most importantly, it's now impossible to install or reinstall programs. I checked with the IT team at the university where I'm a student; their professional opinion is that the only way to solve the problem is to do a system restore. I immediately wrote to Kundig Hersteld for help, but they told me that for a hardware fix, no one had logged into my laptop. This is simply and provably false. The technician asked for my password when I dropped it off; when he returned it he told me my "wifi has a problem" (it doesn't), and I could see in my recent documents that some old photos had been consulted--incidentally, only photos of me with young female friends. According to the shop, they are in no way responsible for all of my newfound software problems but, if I want, I can bring my computer back and pay again for a software analysis. In short, I paid 69€ for a minor hardware fix and a major software problem. If something is wrong with your laptop, first consider using a video tutorial to fix it yourself--I certainly wish I had. If not, back up all of your files before you take your device to anyone! Don't leave your laptop at the shop. Do not give them a password. If you have to leave your laptop there, check AT THE STORE that the computer is functioning properly--otherwise they may respond in bad faith (as they did with me) that you're at fault.

::4.5 Months and still no laptop. I brought my laptop here for minor repairs. After one month, it was returned but not fixed. Instead, it was damaged due to an attempted but unsuccessful repair. Immediately returned the laptop to the shop, and now, after an additional three months of false promises, still no laptop. Untrustworthy, poor service, poor communication, and incompetent when it comes to computers.
