  Personnel agréable mais mal formé ou mal informé : les informations données diffèrent radicalement suivant le conseiller qui les donnent, on m'a dit tout et son contraire, ce qui est possible pour un conseiller est impossible pour un autre. On m'a même ouvert un livret par accident et on m'a égaré un document important. Enfin, problème relatif à ING Belgique, pour le même formulaire, les versions en néerlandais et en français ne demandent pas la même chose.

  I don't recommend it at all!!! The people working there are totally unprofessional and they never have the job done!
