  Ik word altijd vriendelijk geholpen. Ik vind het een goeie band. Alleen elk jaar rond dezelfde tijd probleem met betalen via men bankkaart en is nog maar een nieuwe kaart. Al 5 jaar klant. Goeie mobile app en internet banking. Maar de 'helpdesk om het zo te noemen is niet veel open qua uren.

  It's a bank. They have money. They should give me some. :) No overall friendly people, but had a bad encounter with them when I ordered pounds for a trip the week after, which they had to order but would be there 2 days later. When picking it up 2 days later they only had half left 'because another customer needed them'. Why did I order them in the first place then? Never got any feedback after filing a complaint except for a nonsensical 'we're sorry' note.
