Never had any problems with them, and they seem quite professional. Avoid the period where all international / erasmus students go to get a new bank account, and you probably won't have to wait much.

Terrible atmosphere, always waiting lines, always minutes of waiting if you try to reach by phone and listening to yet another "für elise" which reflects the old fashioned style of this bank
