  Kluizenzaal in orde. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooi gebouw. Centraal gelegen. Goede bank.

  Helpful staff members, not so crowded :) By the way it is better when you have appointment. But it really doesn't matter. Usually there are two to three person before. And in my observation, single person takes five minutes. I think you can wait five to ten minutes when you go to a bank ;)
