  Goed gelegen hotel met ondergrondse parking. Ontbijt met mogelijkheid om zelf wafels te bakken Dicht bij begijnhof en centrum

  This is actually a very nice hotel in a good location, around a 10 minute walk from the station and about the same to the centre of Bruges. All of the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast which was included in my room rate was very nice. However there is one thing that let the hotel down for me which would prevent me from staying there again and that is the air conditioning system. Even when switched off there is still the noise of air blowing through the vents which affected my sleep despite me wearing earplugs. I had to change rooms in the early hours of the morning during my first night's stay and although the second room I had was better it was still not great. The issue may not bother some people but unfortunately it bothered me. It is a shame as apart from the air conditioning this would be an excellent choice for a stay in Bruges.

  Goed gelegen t.o.v het centrum. Prettig en gastvrij personeel. Minpunt: temperatuur in de kamer niet te regelen. Was 27 graden in de kamer terwijl het buiten onder nul was. Gelukkig maar; zo konden we met open raam de temperatuur regelen

  Excellent location, reasonably priced and very helpful staff. We stayed at the hotel as a stopover on a trip. We were pleasantly surprised. There is a car park right kept for. The rooms are bright and clean and have a sofa bed making the rooms able to accommodate 4 people. Bruges was beautiful! We walked outside in the morning and visited a few of the many chocolate shops.

  Stayed in a superior room with a 17month infant in December 2017. We booked online adding we needed a cot and then I called to confirm. The room was as described, large, comfortable and clean. The infant cot arrived 10 minutes after we booked in the cot was large and clean with an assortment of bedding. The staff when we booked in where polite and helpful. For location the hotel is we placed with a short 10/15 min walk from the p&o ferry coach drop off and similar time into the centre of Bruges. Plenty of local stores, restaurants near by. I would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay that won't break the bank.
