  Ya it was just okay for 2 days I could handle But it kinda had a prison ambiance

  This is a super friendly and wonderfully hospitable hostel. It is only a 3-minute walk from Porte de Valenciennes metro stop, or 20 minutes from the old town. Most rooms are small 4-bed and it is well appointed. The bar has a wonderful selection of superb Belgian beers and its freshly brewed coffee is only 80c. If you arrive by train to Flanders Station, note that a metro to Porte de Valenciennes only costs 80c (up to 3 stops!). There is a huge supermarket about 5 minutes away, towards the old town (North)
