  Located in ixelles, a very pretty yet lively part of brussels. the street itself was pretty quiet, but close enough to the bus station (about 1min walking time) and flagey, so there were enough restaurant, supermarkets and shops nearby. avenue louise is also within five minutes walking distance and the city centre is reached within five bus stops. the owner is really friendly and helpful, providing free drinks, english language magazines and even a netflix account! there was even free champagne in our fridge, which was a nice suprise. the value you get for your money here is absolutely impeccable! we stayed over and paid just 85€ per night, the furniture was nice and modern, the facilites were flawless and the bed is extremely comfortable. there was even coffee provided for us, an alarm clock, a flatscreen tv, a travel guide written by the owner in english - definitely more than we were expecting. my friend and i were more than impressed and if we ever come back to brussels, we will book here again.
