  Well actually before seeing the ratings here, i went to dye my hair about 3 weeks ago, I didn't have an appointment so i called the shop and the lady "the owner" said you can come now i said ok! Apparently the shop was a little bit crowded so she the owner decided to dye my hair and she was not happy and kept showing me that the shop is full and that she will do me a favour by doing my hair 😂 Although she said that i can come! She did it in a horrible way that i had to tell her what to do exactly!! The hair is done horribly like i went to a cheap unprofessional hair salon.. I didn't complain or do anything they asked for 165€ and i paid them then left... Two days ago i went to ask if they do botox for the hair they said no, then one of the workers her name is Zillie who knows me told me yes i can see that your hair is not done good and she said that the old lady is unprofessional, so she told me i can ask the boss if you can for correction for FREE you'll only pay for brushing, i said definitely i will come and thanked her! On my appointment date i went they dyed my hair again and while she was washing it she said that her college will do my hair brushing i told her no thank you i will not do brushing i already did my hair botox so no need for brushing, she told me so you're going to pay for the brushing 😂 I told her why do you want me to pay for something I didn't do?!! She told me we don't make people go without paying anything!!!!! 😂😂😂 i told her but i will not do brushing and will not pay something I didn't do!!! She left me with the conditione in my hair and went to another client with the rudest way possible! And no one came to wash my hair so I decided that I'll wash my hair myself! The owner came and told me if you're not going to pay you don't come here again!!!!! I said sure i won Come here you can't see how you treated me and i got angry he told me if you didn't be quiet i will kick you out of the shop!!!! That was the end you can't imagine how i felt!!!!! I took brushed my hair took my bag and went to the police directly... let's see what will happen to them....

  ze zijn dieven ik heb 180 betaald voor een knip beurt en een kleuring die ik zelfs nie wou ik wou highlighters zette maar de kapper zij dat ik beter voor gewoon een volle haar kleuring ik zei dat het ok was maar dat ik wel een licht bruine kleur will, ze hebben de kleuring veel te lang late zitten en mijn haar werd zwart. Toen ik terug ging om te zeggen dat ik niet tevreden was hebben ze mijn haar ontkeurd, maar die gierigaarde wouden niet eens een conditioner in mijn haar doen na het ontkleure. DIEVEN!

  Got a haircut here, okay but not great, and the hairdresser didn't look too pleased doing her job. I did get something to drink. So-so experience.

  - Interior of this shop looks stylish but I can't recommend it. Even though I had explained clearly what I wanted and even had a photo with me, the haircutter cut my fringe much, much shorter than I wanted without warning. Other haircutters would cut it shorter by continuously asking about the length but she just cut almost everything on the first cut and then it was too late to save it. Also the rest of the cut was neither nice nor special. I had cheaper haircutters doing a much better job! Those mistakes should not happen at this higher price level, I will certainly never go there again. + The haircutter used nice styling foam.
