  Overpriced! They know that there are few other options so they abuse it to the max. On top of that they charge a "handling fee" that is only added when you pay but not on the ticket. Could it be that that part is not declared? On top of that, rude and lazy staff.

  The bus driver didn’t respect departure time, me and some other passengers weren’t allowed to board even though it was 5 minutes to departure and the bus wasn’t full . He just preferred to leave when it was comfortable for him.

  I’m very disappointed with your service: I was travelling on the 27 and by mistake i booked a ticket for the 28th. Your bus drivers made me buy a new ticket and pay again the whole price +3 euros. They could have just let go on the bus, but they said not. Flibco is always so badly organised and this one time that you could pass responsibility to the passenger you took advantage. Is this how you make money?

  The service is first come first serve, the ques are long, and there is a very good chance you miss your bus. compared to other competitors very expensive. Private cars are always avaliable just opposite to he bus stop, and take you from brussels to the airport for 15 euros! Don't waste your time with this bus.

  Incapable de prévoir plusieurs bus pour un même horaire alors qu'il est clair que les bus sont systématiquement pleins. Pour le bus de 4h du matin, il y avait assez de personnes pour remplir 2 bus mais rien n'était prévu. De plus le personnel qui était bien sûr débordé n'a montré aucine compréhension pour ses clients qyi ont peur d'arriver en retard à cause de l'incompétence de cette compagnie! À éviter!
