  Small gym conveniently situated near Montgomery with wide equipment and offering classes. Very amiable staff and reasonable prices with a laidback crowd of usuals. Installations are pretty modern and bonus points for confortable locker roons with good showers. Does get a bit crowded in the afternoon but not enough that you have to wait for equipment too much. One of my all time favourite gyms!

  Fantastic gym. Friendly staff and atmosphere, great equipment, clean, big and almost never crowded with a great selection of classes.
