  Really terrible experience. When we picked the car, a young lady staff seemed angry and her attitude to us made me thought I owned her money. It seemed like she is the consumer and we made a huge mistake. But it was the time we just stepped into the door. Will never back again. Her attitude and mood make me sick!!

  I booked more than once from them and for long periods, however their staff is very rode. There was a very small scratch that you can't see unless u stare at it and they charged me for 280 euros!!. And when I asked why they said either you pay it or we will take it from your visa, without even explaining why it costs this much.
