::I just got a call from my mother she wasn't allowed to hop on the bus (that was 2 hours late already) because "she wasn't on the list", while she booked and payed for this bus more than a month ago and has her confirmation ticket with her. The driver just left her behind, a lady of 55 years old. Now she is in the middle of the night, stuck in Spain. The emergency number of Eurolines doesn't even work. This company is the worst ever. This will be accused and never forgotten.

::Mijn schoonzus heeft net 2.5 uur moeten wachten op bus, wanneer je belt naar centrale nemen ze niet op of krijg je telkens hetzelfde antwoord, binnen een halfuur komt de bus. Dan probeer je een uur later opnieuw en neemt niemand meer op. Dit nooit meer!
