  When I first pushed Corpus Studios' door about a year ago, I was not in my best shape both physically and emotionally. Thanks to the Pilates method, Kelly McKinnon, her amazing teachers and equipment I soon started feeling a better and empowered myself. Amazed and inspired by those changes and Corpus Studios' approach with its clients I soon decided to continue my journey on the teaching path and started the teacher training.   Corpus Studios is definitely "the best studio in town/the country" for both clients and future teachers. My advice ? Push that door. You will thank yourself!

  I have been going to the studio in Rue Borrens since 2009. I have done mostly Pilates (also some Gyrotonic and Yoga), and this technique has been very beneficial for my body health. Teachers are well trained and experienced. The place and the different apparatus are modern and match expectations to Pilates fans :), the atmosphere is nice. Another practical thing is that you can manage your classes (booking, cancelations, payment, etc.) either at the studio or through the website. Only weakness I see is men's changing room: too small. Altogether, I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in Pilates or just having a healthier and nicer body.
