::The correct name for this cafe is "Concorde". Was there a few times over a week’s business trip in Mechelen: coffee, work, lunch and dinner. The lunch salad with smoked salmon was huge, especially the salmon portion. The dinner beef stew was also a large portion, higher than average quality meat, and great taste (as well as gluten free). The older generation is managing the kitchen, while the daughter ensures a great service. The patio is on the right side of the market to enjoy the noon and afternoon sun. Would return just for the warm welcome.
