  I didn't like their service. The backpack I bought broke in less than a year. It was under warranty. When I went to the shop to give it back they told me that I have to return in a week because the shop of the brand was closed during the holidays. Without giving any explanation why they could not just store my backpack there, they just made me come back. Not very client-friendly. In addition, i gave back my backpack under warranty and it’s now over two weeks that I haven’t heard from them. I am not getting another bag from this shop.
