  The "Brasserie Invictus" is a very special place deep in the woods around Louette-Saint-Pierre. We had a little tour with Hugues around the brewery and how the Invictus gets his perfectly balanced taste. In the end we had a beer-tasting with some cheese and a few stories about the origins of the Invictus brewery. Very nice two hours in a beautifull calm place.
