  Opens too late, closes too early. Lunch hour closures add to the headache. No weekend hours as well. Completely unusable if you have a job

  I have to give them a 4 star cause of the person working at the 'guichet 4'. That is the most kind person I have ever meet. So professional, so kind, so nice. She is, actually so pleasant that, when I have some business in the post, I skip my turn, waiting for her to be free. The rest... They are ok. There are some that hate their jobs, you can see it and feel it, not very pleasant. But, ok, to send your mail, could be worse... At least they are quick workers, so even when the place is overcrowded, you never wait more then 15 min.

  There were English speaking staff and very helpful. Ques were not long.
