::The waiting times are long plus the system of queing is not east to understand. Most of tge staff is rude. BUT this morning I was serviced by an old lady who was very nice. She was upselling stamps to me which was cute. So, I am giving 4 stars instead of minus 1

::The service is bad, I post my registered envelope which is very important, the staff member put a stamp on and unfortunately she broke my envelope , instead of saying a “sorry “ she told me “ this is normal, otherwise buy yourself a new” My point is : the attitude is bad and rude, not acceptable!
