::The worst bank ever. The most incompetent persons I've ever seen. I'm waiting for 3 months for my PIN code and they are incapable to make a right demand and to send it to me. I've made already 10 visits and they did not solve anything. They lie and every employee has his own "story" in order to convince you that you are stupid and he/she did his/her job, but is the fault of the post office or someone else. I arrived once and one employee said to me that she doesn't know how to solve my problem and how to send the PIN and I have to come 2 days later, when her colleague will be at work. Excellent! They are so stupid and they don't send the PIN by SMS, because is too complicated. They use letters and I'm still waiting for their damn letter in order to have my PIN and to use my credit card, because I have opened the account at the beginning of September and I can't use it. So I would never recommend this bank even to my worst enemy. I have never seen this kind of attitude in a bank and such a poor process and services.
