The hotel is placed in a good part of the city, but in all the booking websites you'll find the sign of an available garage... That was very misguiding! We went there in a car, and then had to park in a story-garage at Rougie Square, which was very expensive, around 20€ for a day... Then the walk back to the hotel was around 15 minutes... In the time i was there they were in the middle of a renovation phase, but despite of that, we got a half renovated room with a very hedious toilet... I have pictures of it, i wish i could've post them... And the walls are thin, the doors are very squeaky and sound permiable... The elevator was very very loud, you can hear it the whole night long, and made me wake it 3-4 times a night, although I'm a deep sleeper... The rest of the room was clean but not well maintained the walls needed a new paint layer, they were much like the walls of a barn!!! ... The bed-head was made of leather with lots of cracks in it which turned over the time into black cracks.... Very poor maintained hotel for a big price, wasn't worth the money... W-lan has a very very poor signal with interruptions, so i used my LTE, it was a thousand time bettet... Its much more like a hostel than a hotel.... Very disappointed...

We started there over the long weekend. The staff were exceptional. The morning guy on the front desk was very very nice and helped us with our bookings and also kept our baggage before and even after we checked in. Recommended

Perfectly adequate. Quiet. Straight shot to all the sights. Caveat: a very sinister red light district begins a block behind the hotel. Take caution walking north.

Great hotel, near Brussels Nord station. Hot breakfast with many items to chose from at a reasonable cost. Not far from the Metro too
