  This place is a hidden gem, good location, very comfortable bed and pillows. But management sent mixed signals to me. For my four-day stay here, I have never had a comfortable shower! For the passed three days I have been squatting inside tub and fill up water bottle to clean myself. And I am so frustrated and I contacted them many times. My shower head was lose and always got pushed out by water pressure. I managed to take a bath at first night, second night(i forgot to inform them during working hours, I seriously tried my best to solve this situation. I used bare hand I used cloth to tide up head, but it failed, so after almost 40 minutes try to fix shower head by myself, I gave up and took a 2mins quick shower before shower head pushed out. 3rd day(Feb 20) I tried to talk to front desk before I went for my trip, they were on the phone. So I called long distance from my international phone to front desk to give front desk lady my information, my building and tell her PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send someone to fix my shower. By the time I got back on Feb 20 nothing happened, so I filmed what happened and walked all the way down to office to shower them what happened, and dragged her to my room. She tried to help me, walked up to my room twice(I really appreciate that), and she told me, it was temporarily fixed. She will send a technician to my room next day. Since it's a temporary fix this night, within 5 minutes, my shower hose fell off, I was standing in a cold(brussel is 3'c now during the day). I was so cold, I had to wash off all the bubbles on me. Today I called(sent me directly to voice mail), by the time I got back, my room was cleaned, but shower hose was still hanging there. I'm so frustrated if front desk lady forgot this, or forgot to file a note to next shift, cleaning personnel should inform to send somebody to fix this). And once again, I had to squat inside tub and pour water on myself, and it was so cold. I'm just so frustrated and angry.

  забронировали номер, но он оказался недоступен по техническим причинам, нам автоматически представили другой (более комфортный, нежели первый) номер. Мы получили двухэтажные апартаменты с холодильником, газовой плитой, стиральной и посудомоечной машиной и полным набором кухонной посуды. Чистые душевая кабина и туалет, Быстрый WiFi. Большая и удобная кровать. Персонал крайне дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Сотрудники, узнав о том, что у нас обратный билет поздно вечером, а выселение до 11:00, предложили выехать бесплатно в удобное для нас время и забронировали нам трансфер (бесплатно)
