  Terrible. I have been getting my nails done every two weeks for the past 5 years and this is by far the worst place I've ever been to. I had gel removed and a manicure. The woman who did my nails was really rough and clumsy. All my nails were chopped off and shaped differently, the gel wasn't removed entirely, dirt was left on the underside of my nails- and the golden highlight- she managed to tear one of my nails horizontally down the middle while filing and I'm walking around with my nail flapping about. I didn't even receive an apology- she just carried on and hoped I wouldn't notice. While I normally also get gel done, I didn't this time because it would've cost 50 euros as opposed to the 25 I paid for the delights described above. 25 euros out the window.

  I found it too expensive and the quality is not so good. The interior design of the place is nice though, also in a good location

  Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble. L'endroit est très propre, décoré avec goût, style boudoir. Les esthéticiennes sont gentils mais sans plus ( lors du soin on n'a pas demandé si tout se passe bien, etc) les soins sont de qualités mais un peu cher, d'où le 3/5. La jeune femme qui m'a fait le soin s'est appliqué et j'apprécie le résultat.

  I went to the one at Rue Stevin and was delighted. Nails were perfect. Went to Stassart today and it's a mess. Oddly shaped, already some cracking at the tips,... it's sloppy work. Would not go back.

  It is a shame having to wait even when has an appointment and pays upfront. Even more disappointed to see that the reason is they treat someone who happened to everyone there before me without appointment not even apologising or anything. Will never ever be back.
