::Wish I read the reviews before going there. Bought a rather pricey pillow trying to solve the back and neck pains I have. The saleswoman was staring at me all throughout impatiently, pushing various options and not giving any helpful advice on what should be a correct alignment of neck and back etc. The choice seemed ok at first only to find that the pillow is too high for me. No option of returning items. It's a shame that they have such poor customer service for such high end products.

::Bigger than expected. A lot of choices. The vendor was soso, really seems to push for a category of products he wanted to sell more than what I was interested in... Probably judging my budget per my appearance.

::After a month of seeing them, reminding them and receiving promises per when they would send us their offer, we are still waiting...

::The notion of service here really needs to be re-evaluated. I went there as it seemed like the oldest and most renowned in Belgium. It was also on the high side of the price spectrum so I simply thought "They must know what they are doing" - I couldn't be more wrong. Sales isn't done with much sincerity and things quickly get complicated during delivery and goes downhill from there. More than 4 months and still waiting for my order to be fully complete, I have heard similar stories as mine where ordered items are delivered incomplete or in completely different colours and sizes. To put insult upon injury, they offer you a flimsy compensation (under £100 on a £5000 order that comes in more than 7 weeks late) and quickly make it seem like they are doing you a favour. I've been told this is the way services are in Belgium but I don't think things should continue to be this way. Please avoid if you can. If its not in the shop, make sure you understand what you are getting yourself into.

::Could not agree more with Regine. We bought a rather expensive wall folding bed from this bed which broke the first time that we used it. Not a problem, we thought, we have a guarantee. Could not have been further from the truth. Would you believe that these cheeky bastards actually proposed to charge us 200 euros for the bed we had never used and which should have been under guarantee??? We tried letters and meetings with the manager, but basically as a consumer you are screwed, you have no rights. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
