  I came to the salon to get my roots coloured based on the excellent reviews I read online. Unfortunately, my experience was not that positive. The colour on the roots turned out a lot darker than the rest of my hair (closer to black than to the desired dark brown, really), except for the grey hairs that were orangey/reddish. I was told this would improve over time but it didn't. I called the salon as soon as I washed my hair for the first time after the colouring (5 days after my first appointment) and made a follow-up appointment. The grey hair coverage improved in the second appointment, which I appreciate, but it was done using a very dark brown colour and so, as a result, the top half of my hair is now extremely dark, very different from the bottom part, and has purple reflections. I did not appreciate the fact that I was blamed for coming too late (I did mention the colour difference on the spot at the end of my first appointment already), that I was told it's the fault of my grey hairs that the result is uneven (I was not hiding the grey hairs so if those were a problem, I should have been told beforehand and I would have gone to another colourist that can colour grey hairs), and that the staff wanted to charge me the full amount for the second, corrective colouring. In the end, I was only charged 20 EUR for service, but this still means I had to come twice which was inconvenient, and I paid 89 EUR in total for a root colour that is different from the rest of my hair and that I am unfortunately not satisfied with. The final straw, and the reason why I decided to write this review, is that the hairdresser that coloured my hair went away before I left the salon and did not even say bye, which made me feel very unwelcome. Pity! I will now have to find another hairdresser to make the upper part lighter, which is always more difficult and more expensive than going darker...

  Un lieu agréable, accueillant, chaleureux et des professionnelles très compétentes. La gérante est un exemple de gentillesse, de sourire et d’attention... les produits sont d’une grande qualité et l’hygiène est impeccable.. Je conseille vivement ce lieu. Yousra
