::My wife once bought a skin cream from them. After using it for one and a half month, she found that the cream was expired after 14 days from the purchase date. I went back to the pharmacy and we were lucky to still have the receipt of the purchase. The staff asked me to come the next day until she asks her boss what to do. On the next day, she gave me a new one with an expiration date after two years. What is annoying is that they made me feel like it was our mistake not theirs. They even didn’t apologise for once and instead the staff kept saying this is weird.
