  Scandaleux, à éviter absolument. L'hôtel annule les réservations sans prévenir alors qu'ils encaissent l'acompte. Aucune explication cohérente et surtout aucune aide pour nous reloger alors que nous étions 15 jeunes filles. On nous menace d'appeler la police dès que l'on essaye de clarifier la situation. Accueil déplorable, personnel malpoli et insultant. Aucun professionnalisme et aucune empathie...

  The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly and helpful

  It's a different hotel system but nice one. We liked it. Once you checked in, you take the passwords of the building's gate and your door room. And you use it like an apartment.
