  10/02/2018 Ik ging naar het YES salon en ben nu super tevreden! Ik vroeg aan de kapster “Emilie” om mijn specifieke kleur te behouden. Dit heeft ze ook gerespecteerd. Ze bracht er ook een paar highlights in op eigen voorstel. Dat vond ik super! Dan nog de snit of de knip. Weeral super goed! Ik wou eens iets anders en probeerde het zo goed mogenlijk uit te leggen. Hier ging ze weer heel goed op in en kwam met eigen ideeën. Ze waren ook allemaal heel vriendelijk en we kregen iets om te drinken aangeboden. Ik heb me in lange tijd niet meer zo prettig gevoelt na een knipbeurt!

  TOTAL DISASTER. I went to color my light brown hair one shade draker. The very first thing I said was I DID NOT WANT a red shine. The hairdresser reassured me saying she would use colours without ANY red in them. She lied. My hair turned out brown/red. I couldn't see this in the salon but when I went outside I noticed... I was a ginger. I went back. I asked them to take the red out. What they did was even worse. Now my hair is red. And, it''s not evenly colored. One part is darker... totally incompetent people. Also, they pretended that they didn't color it red, using the argument that my hair was naturally "warm". Not at all what I asked them. They also sold me products and reacted super annoyed when I said I wouldn't take one. One of the products I did take, I had to pay for without even getting it... I have to go get it later. Then why did I have to pay for it already?? In short. Incompetent and unfriendly. They have NO IDEA what they are doing. My hair is red. Thank you Yes Hair.

  I once coloured my hair kind of light purple, but the colour keeps on coming out even after two months .. i thought the first few months weeks was normal but it keeps on coming out even after months . Then I went back to colour it again ( asked the same colour) but the result was totally something else. They coloured it totally dark even I chose the same colour. I was very much dissapointed with this SALON YES . This will be last .. never going back. They already once damaged my long hair and now again even I thighbt might do better ... if I want to have quality then this is absolutely not the right salon.

  Pricey but they know what they're doing. For a chain business they had exceptionally well trained hairdressers, worth the small wait. The method they used was like nothing I've ever seen before, but extremely thorough and the result was fantastic. You have a selection of drinks available while waiting, there's a nice set of books and good WiFi available.
