  To get ten percent off your wash, you buy a loyalty card for 25 euro. But at no point is it explained that the card itself, a piece of plastic, costs ten euro, so you end up with 15 euro of credit. I would have had to do 110 euros' worth of washing just to break even - how ridiculous! I'm pretty angry, and of course, there are no staff or anything to complain to. In short, don't buy the card, it's absolute extortion. And if anything, it's ensured I never come back.

  Zeer verzorgd, 9 wasmachines waarvan 2 voor was van 15kilo. Ik kwam tegen einde van de dag en zag hoe degelijk de zaak en de machines gepoetst werden voor ze afsloten.
