  Electronic shop but not very cost competitive when the same building also offers shops like fnac and mediamarket this is something very surprising. The shop is probably more for its loyal customers than smart shoppers. Do check all three shops though before deciding on the purchase

  Bought a google chromecast audio earlier this week. When unboxing at home I notice it has a US plug. I call the number of vandenborre mentioned on the receipt and get connected with call center. First response: ´yes it has a US plug attached to Usb plug but you can use the plug of your iphone (?) to charge it up' I explain the chromecast cannot be charged up but will be permanently plugged into the electricity socket next to my stereo. Second response: ´you can buy an adaptor.´ I question why they are selling a product with US plug in Belgium. They transfer me to the shop. Same story again (in French and more rude this time) ´This is the only way these products are sold by google and it is mentioned on the box that it has a US plug. Just buy and adaptor.' I tell I already bought one before with Eu plug and remind them that it is not normal that I need to purchase an adaptor. In the end get two options: i pass by the shop and they will give another one with Eu plug (I thought they were only delivered with Us plug?) or buy adaptor. Just not the way you treat a customer.

  I bought a tablette PC on vandenborre.be. I was disappointed that the Tablette PC was a showroom product which was not mentioned as info on their web. I called the customer service who told me they never sell showroom product to online customer. I returned it to VDB city 2 the same day after I receive it. The worst that they freaked me out, I returned the product almost 3 months now, still I didn't receive the refund back. Hey Wake up, Vandennebore!!!

  Lot of electronic products on offer but seldom do the staff offer their assistance. Instead, they gather all together to chat among themselves. 🙁

  The store is quite roomy so you never have to worry about bumping into any of the wares. I did not have to wait too long when queuing for the register. A visit worth when you are in City 2.
